Why can't I log in to Plesk Webmail?

If your password is rejected when you log in to Webmail, your email may be disabled.

To Enable Plesk Email

  1. Log in to Plesk as admin.
  2. From the menu on the left, click Domains.
  3. Select domain name for the email account you want to enable.
  4. Under the Services section, click Mail.
  5. Under the Tools section, click Enable.
