Managing Your Virtual Dedicated Hosting Account

You can use the Virtual Dedicated Hosting Manager — available through the Dedicated/Virtual Dedicated Servers section of your account-management interface — to perform your basic account management, including account setup and monitoring of bandwidth usage. The manager also allows you to schedule a server reboot and to submit trouble tickets for problems related to your virtual dedicated server.

To Access the Virtual Dedicated Hosting Manager

1. Log in to your account manager.
2. From the Hosting & Email list, select Dedicated/Virtual Dedicated Servers.
3. Click Launch Manager next to the virtual dedicated server account that you would like to manage. The Virtual Dedicated Hosting Manager opens in a new window.
