Changing the domain name assigned to your hosting account

If you would like to change the default domain name associated with your hosting account, follow the instructions below.

NOTE: This procedure only applies to Deluxe and Premium Hosting accounts. It does not apply to Economy or Free Hosting accounts.

To Change the domain name assigned to your hosting account:

1. Login to your Account Management page.
2. In the My Products section, click Hosting Account List.
3. Click the Open link next to the hosting account you would like to change the domain for.
4. Click Change Domain Name underneath Settings.
5. If the domain name you would like to use is in the same account, select it from the Select from existing drop down menu.

   If the domain name is in another account or is registered elsewhere, type it in the Enter a domain box.

6. Click Continue.
7. Verify that you're switching to the right domain, and click Submit.
