Who Receives the Domain Authorization Email Messages?

Domain authorization email messages are sent to the domain's registrant and administrative and technical contacts as listed in the Whois lookup. All of the contacts must approve the Certified Domain request in order for PTGWebDomains.com to issue a Domain Origination Certified seal.
