Configuring my Quick Shopping Cart to use my Innovative Merchant Account that I did not purchase through you

If you purchased your Innovative merchant account from another provider, then the IP address displayed in the Quick Shopping Cart Administrative application (next to the domain name on the left-hand side) is not the IP address that you need to configure your Innovative merchant account.

Instead, when setting up your merchant account through your provider, configure it to accept requests from IP address 64.202.161.25.
