Can I accept a credit card payment from a customer whose billing address is located outside of the United States through my Quick Shopping Cart Store?

Quick Shopping Cart only supports pricing in U.S. Dollars, and you can only enter tax rates for U.S. states. Furthermore, any billing address entered for an order must be located within the United States. However, if you enter a flat tax for your products you have two options:
- You can use a PayPal Account to process your credit card payments.
- If you have a POS terminal at your “brick and mortar” location, your customers can use the “Print and Call” option to place their orders and then call you with their credit card information so that you can process their payment through your POS terminal.
