Why do I get an error when I try to delete the weight-based shipping option?

Error: One or more values must be defined.
In order to enter a flat rate (for whole order) shipping method, you must have at least one weight-based rule. For example, if you want to charge a flat rate of $4.95 for shipping, select Entire Order, enter the value for handling (in this case 0), and the value for shipping charge (in this case 4.95). Ensure that the maximum weight is large enough so that no order will have a greater weight (i.e. 1000 pounds).
NOTE: Once you have made the necessary changes to your Quick Shopping Cart™, you will need to republish your storefront for your changes to take effect.
