What if I lose my password?

We cannot retrieve a lost SSL account password. If you forgot your password, you may create a new one instead.

To do so, please go to the login screen of the SSL Web site and enter your User ID and the e-mail address you used when you set up the account; then create a temporary security code. Do not forget your security code, as you will need it to reset the password.

Once you have entered the requested information, you will receive an e-mail message that contains a link to the page that allows you to reset your password. Note that you must click on the link and reset the password within 30 minutes.
