Adding Pages to Your Web Site

You can add an unlimited number of pages to your Web site, but you can only publish the number of pages that your plan allows. To specify which pages to publish, you can select the pages when organizing your Web site.

NOTE: If you have a .mobi domain name, you can only add mobile page layouts; you cannot add traditional page layouts.

To Add a Page to Your Web Site

  1. From the Manage menu, select Organize Site .
  2. Click New Page.
  3. Specify the layout you want to use by selecting from the following:
    • To create a traditional page, select Traditional Web Page, and then select the layout you want to use. If you want to use the same layout you used on another page, select the page from the list.
    • (Paid accounts only) To create a mobile page, select Mobile Web Page, and then select the layout you want to use. If you want to use the same layout you used on another page, select the page from the list.
    • If you are not using a CSS-based template, view all layouts by selecting Show All, and then select the layout you want to use.
  4. Click Next.
  5. In the Browser Title field, enter the title you want to display in the browser's title bar.

    Note:When you advance to another field, WebSite Tonight completes the rest of the fields on the page. You can edit these fields or click Next to move to the next page.

  6. In the Heading Title field, enter the main heading for the page.
  7. In the Button Title field, enter the name you want to display on the button that links to this page from other pages.
  8. In the Filename field, enter the name you want to save the page as.
  9. To allow WebSite Tonight to automatically set the navigation buttons as you make changes, select Add or delete menu buttons when adding or deleting pages.
  10. Click Finish.
