I am trying to set up my Online File Folder as a Web Folder and I am getting the error: The folder you entered does not appear to be valid. What should I do?

If you are getting an error that states your folder is invalid, first verify that the address looks like: https://www.onlinefilefolder.com/webdav/index.php/username/ (replacing “username” with your Online File Folder username).
If you are still having problems, download Microsoft’s Web Folders update.
