Why am I getting the error: This folder cannot be displayed, when I browse to the Web Folder for my Online File Folder?

If Windows cannot find the Web Folder you created for your Online File Folder, log into the Online File Folder Web application and verify that the folder you are trying to view doesn’t contain files with invalid characters. Currently only UTF-8 characters are supported.
