Applying a Minute Pack to Your Fax Thru Email Account

Your Fax Thru Email account comes with a monthly minute quota (a single page fax roughly equates to one minute) available for outgoing faxes (incoming faxes are free unless you have a toll-free fax number). If you want to increase this monthly limit, you can purchase a Minute Pack and apply it to your account. Minute Packs are available in 100-minute increments.

To Apply a Minute Pack to Your Fax Thru Email Account

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. From the Hosting & Email menu, click Fax Thru Email.
3. On the account you want to modify, click Activate Minutes.
4. Select the check box for the Fax Thru Email account you want to apply the Minute Pack to.
5. In the Account Details pane (on the right side of the page), select the Minute Pack you want to use and click Apply Credit.

Fax Thru Email applies the minute pack to your account. If you want to verify the minutes on your account, open Fax Thru Email by clicking Launch, and then go to the Account Overview page. Your new Minute Pack minutes are added to the Available Minutes list.
