Switching Between the Design and HTML Tabs

When formatting content in WebSite Tonight, you can use the What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) view or HTML view. The WYSIWYG view shows you the content as you add and format it. The HTML view allows you to manually create the content using HTML code.

To Switch Between the Design and HTML Tabs

  1. From the Design menu, click Page Designer.
  2. If necessary, from the Select Page list, select the page that contains the block you want to view.
  3. If you are using a css-based template, you may need to add a content block before proceeding. For more information, see Adding, Arranging, and Deleting Content Blocks.
  4. Move your mouse to the block you want to view and click on the block. A block is outlined in gray, but when you move your mouse over the block, the outline changes from gray to red. The Edit Content window displays.
  5. Use the toolbok on the left to select Clic. The Edit Content window displays. The Design tab is the default tab for the Edit Content window. The tabs are located on the bottom of the window.
  6. To switch to the HTML tab, click HTML on the Edit Content window.
  7. To switch to the Design tab, click Design on the Edit Content window.
