How Do I Configure the FTP Backup on My Dedicated/Virtual Dedicated Server?

To Set Up Your FTP Backup

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, select Dedicated/Virtual Dedicated Servers.
3. Click Launch Manager next to the server for which you requested the FTP Backup service. This will open the Hosting Manager.
4. From the Support section, select FTP Backup.
5. Enter your user name, enter and confirm your password, and then click Continue.
6. Verify your FTP Backup account settings and click Update.

Once your FTP Backup account is created, the IP address for your FTP server will display on the account summary page of your Hosting Manager.
